Every bobblehead is handcrafted with care. If it arrives damaged, doesn't match your approved design, or you're simply not satisfied — we'll remake it free or refund you fully. Your happiness is our only goal.
Our Policies
Full Refund Eligible
You qualify for a full refund if your bobblehead arrives damaged, significantly different from the approved design, or if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order before sculpting begins.
Free Remake
Not happy with the final result? We'll handcraft a brand new bobblehead based on your feedback at no extra charge. Unlimited revisions during the design stage ensure you get exactly what you want.
Non-Refundable Cases
Orders cannot be refunded once sculpting has begun (after design approval) unless the item is defective. Custom-made items have limited return eligibility due to their personalized nature.
30-Day Window
All refund and remake requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect your bobblehead upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
