How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email. Or visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID.
Can I change my design after approval?
Once you approve the design and sculpting begins, changes are limited. But you have unlimited revisions during the preview stage.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your bobblehead arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, we will remake it free or refund you fully.
How long does shipping take?
UK: 3-5 days, Europe: 5-8 days, USA/Canada: 7-12 days, Rest of World: 10-20 days. All orders include tracked delivery.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing for orders of 5+ bobbleheads. Contact us for a custom quote for corporate or wedding party orders.
